Alnova Group supported the critical upgrade of the SAG and Ball Mill 2 at KCGM’s Fimiston Processing Plant. Our scope included foundation reinforcement, mechanical interface preparation, and works staged under live operations. Operating in one of Australia’s most significant gold processing facilities, Alnova delivered expert advice which reduced operational disruption, improving throughput capacity and operational resilience for the client.
