Alnova Group contributed to the transformation of Customs House, a nationally significant landmark in Victoria’s Inner Harbour. This redevelopment preserved the original Portuguese sandstone façade while incorporating modern structural systems to support luxury residences, premium retail, and commercial uses. Our team delivered structural concrete and masonry solutions that respected the building’s heritage while enabling modern functionality, culminating in a nationally awarded architectural outcome.
