This long-dormant heritage site was brought back to life with input from Alnova Group’s pre-construction team. Partnering with Reliance Properties, Heatherbrae Builders, and RJC Engineers, we identified legacy risks and structural challenges for the historic masonry and timber buildings. Our work helped advance the development into a vibrant residential offering while preserving key architectural features along Victoria’s waterfront.
